Criminal Law:

Defending and prosecuting, fraud and general crime.

Licensing Law:

Advising local authorities and private clients, appearing at local authority hearings and on appeal to the magistrates’ courts and High Court.
Closure Orders.

Regulatory Law:

Employer’s appeals to the County Court against decisions of the UK Border Agency.

Advice, drafting and representation on the UK Financial Services Authority Regulatory regime, as well as advice to solicitors and financial services providers on current anti-money-laundering law.

Representation at disciplinary hearings.

Health & Safety (including fire safety) law.

Injunctions in the County Court and High Court under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Stephen also regularly appears in the County Court in personal injury matters.
