Areas of Specialisation

Prior to being called to the Bar, Pavan first studied Business and Finance and then went on to do his Law degree. He then worked for the Serious Fraud Office on the B.C.C.I. enquiry before taking up his place at the Inns of Court School of Law to study for the Bar. Given his interest in both law and finance it was a natural progression for him to go on to study for his LLM in corporate and commercial law at University College London.

Pavan covers the whole spectrum of criminal work and has a particular interest in financial crime including fraud, corporate crime and financial services regulation.
