Summary of Practice
I have a broad domestic practice with a particular emphasis on criminal law, extradition, immigration and prison law. Internationally, I have been instructed in cases at the ICTY and the UN Human Rights Committee.

AI v Lithuania (2010) -junior counsel for the defence in case where victim of trafficking in human beings was discharged from extradition proceedings on Article 8 grounds.

Hughes v Germany (2010) – sole counsel in case concerning the procedural requirements of a European arrest warrant.

Romania v Caleap (2010) sole counsel for 16 year old wanted for extradition, discharged on Article 8 grounds
Argentina v Wright (2010) – represented UK citizen whose extradition was requested by Argentina in relation to allegations of drug trafficking
Albania v Marku (2009) – representing the Government of Albania in extradition proceedings for extradition of defendant accused of gangland shooting
Switzerland v Daffe (2009) - represented the government of Switzerland in extradition request for defendant accused of rape and drug trafficking .
International Work
Gobithas v Government of Sri Lanka – instructed by Fair Trials International in 2011 to represent a British citizen detained without trial by the Government of Sri Lanka in proceedings before the UN Human Rights Committee.
