The instructions come after Argent Law was able to arrange a litigation funding deal enabling Mati to instruct top family law firm Manches as well as leading and junior counsel. Without the litigation funding it wouldn't have been possible for Mrs White to afford this legal team, however Argent Law have helped redress any imbalance.
