Rupert Gregory prosecuted at the Central Criminal Court, in this case where the Judge rugby-tackled the defendant to the ground as he tried to escape from Court.

The defendant originally managed to escape from his trial at Inner London Crown Court and then, at a separate trial at Woolwich Crown Court, he made an attempt at another escape and his honour Judge Douglas Marks Moore grabbed him and tackled him to the floor. When interviewed by police the defendant told officers the Judge told him he could go home, the court heard.
