Rupert Gregory and Jason Cross represented these two Defendants in a three-week trial at Stafford Crown Court. The Defendants were jointly charged with kidnapping a local man and blackmailing him and his family. After a day of deliberations, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts on the indictment.
