Malcom Bishop QC acted for one of the policemen in the Swansea corruption tiral following the notorious Lynette White murder. The allegation of conspiring to pervert the course of justice was thrown out after the prosecution case collapsed becasue of serious errors in their disclosure process. Speaking after the not guilty verdict Malcom said, " this was a grossly mishandled case from start to finish. By relentless inquiry we demonstrated that the prosecution had fallen down on their duty to give full disclosure. It is gratifying to see that persistent probing and a refusal to be fobbed off can sometimes produce results."
