Edward Culver and Janick Fielding are instructed for two of defendants in the largest ever Environment Agency prosecution of its type, involving allegations of money laundering of £3.8 million pounds and the deposit of 70,000 cubic metres of illegal waste over 4 years.

It is anticipated that the trial will take place early next year.
