R v Lakhvir Singh Kaur (Central Criminal Court)

Sir Desmond de Silva QC and Nick Wayne are instructed by Messrs. Hodge Jones Allen to represent Lakhvir Singh Kaur, who is charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder. Mrs Kaur is alleged to have murdered her former lover and to have tried to kill his fiancée, by poisoning a curry which was subsequently eaten by the deceased and his fiancée.
