R v Hamza Kamel May 2009

This case has been widely reported by the national press. Robin acted for Hamza Kamel,  the son of Abu Hamza, jailed in 2004 for inciting racial hatred. Hamza Kamel admitted the largest number of counts but received one of the lowest sentences of the three brothers tried.
