Daniel Jones been instructed by the CPS as junior counsel in the case of Louca v Office of the Public Prosecutor Bielefeld, to be heard in the House of Lords on the 29th July 2009. The case concerns the requirements for a valid European Arrest warrant. The Adminstrative Court Judgment was reported in the Times on December 10 2008.
