Argent Chambers has a specialist team of family law barristers who are able to offer experience, advice and representation in all areas of family law.

The head of our team, Malcolm Bishop Q.C. is a deputy High Court Judge in the Family Division. Under his guidance our family law team has undertaken a range of cases at all levels, from the county court and the family proceedings courts to the Court of Appeal and beyond.

The Family Law Team have particular expertise in cases involving children, whether instructed by parents, guardians or the local authority we can offer expert advice and advocacy in all areas of child related family law.
